INTRODUCTORY PRICING
At Buddha’s Prescription, our pricing model is simple and transparent. Each appointment is 60 minutes long. Patients can get treatment for up to two problems/diagnoses. The price of treatment for 1 diagnosis is $150, while the cost for 2 diagnoses is $200. For example, if you would like treatment for migraines, your price will be $150, but if you would like to address, say, back pain too in the same visit, your cost would be $200. The price includes all services (Acupuncture, supplements/botanical consultation, and mind-body medicine) and will not change if the patient does not desire any of these 3 services.
APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
(PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT)
- All visits are by Appointments-only (No Walk-ins)
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so your body is relaxed before treatment starts.
- To make an appointment, please click the “Book Appointment” link at the top and bottom of each web page.
- Please complete and sign all the forms while making the appointment online. Failure to do so will take away a significant portion of your allotted 60 minutes of visit time. If you don’t have access to a computer at home, please arrive at our clinic at least 30 minutes before your appointment time.
- Appointments start and end sharply at the time allotted to you. For example, if you choose an appointment at 10 a.m., your appointment will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 11 a.m. However, if you arrive at 10.15 a.m., you will only get to spend 45 minutes with the provider. We value and respect every Patient's time equally and ask for your support to accomplish this.
- If you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel your appointment online at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Please do so to avoid a $100 charge (non-refundable).
- Payment is due at the time of service. We DO NOT accept any insurance plans. We provide patients with a copy of their bill, which they can submit to their insurance companies. The patient must check if their insurance covers acupuncture and other wellness services before seeking treatment. We will not be responsible for any denied claims. We ACCEPT Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Savings Account (FSA) DEBIT cards, provided your HSA and FSA cover Acupuncture. Please check this before making an appointment.
- We DO NOT provide Primary care, Urgent or Emergency care, or ancillary services like lab draws. Patients must be established with a Primary Care Provider before starting treatment at our center. If you are facing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit an ER.
